Permit Required

We're looking to rebuild our falling fence and add a deck to the back yard. The fence is falling down, not some kind of fancy style of fence...and we don't have a deck, instead we're just using the grassy areas in the yard.

This is just a reminder for me, and any local residents, that you need to contact the city and get permits for this kind of work.

A $15 fee for a Fence Permit is required.

A project-based fee is assessed to the Building Permit for the deck.
