Fewer Backups Indeed

The new script works well, and resulted in only three database backup files getting sent yesterday!

Now I think I've got to look at backing up other important data. Right now I keep CVS copies of most of the individual configuration files (Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, sendmail, etc.), but I'm neglecting off-site backup for these and user data files.

Since I've liberated the machines from dealing with some changes (that really aren't), I think I'm going to work on similar ideas for the config files. Really there are a small number of directories I need to diff, and then export the diffs, right? Hmm...
